Program Manager

 

General Description:

Experienced Program Manager to manage IT related federal government contracts. Responsible for overseeing all technical delivery, systems development, and integration. Will evaluate and recommend improvements to existing team management processes. Must have business capture and business development success in growing new and existing business. Must have leadership qualities and be able to operate under general direction from Executive Management.

Experience Requirements:

• 12+ years IT experience to include 5+ years of program and project management experience.

• Experience with applications development projects, preferably Java, but will consider other languages.

• Experience with federal government consulting.

• Should have prior experience with or knowledge of HSPD-12 or IAM.

• Experience in writing proposals, business development, and evolving value added opportunities with customers.

 

Education:

4 year degree or equivalent experience

 

Certifications:

PMP; ITILv3; CISSP all desired

 

Competencies:

• Must have a proactive attitude for success, growth, and adding value for the customer goals and objectives.

• Must offer proven success in capturing new business and growing exising accounts
